How long does it take to process, print and receive an order?

Process Time

- Blank cards will be shipped within 2 business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays) of placing your order.

- Custom printed orders not requiring a proof will be shipped within 3business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays) of placing your order.

- If you request a proof, you will receive one within 2 business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays) then you will have the chance to make changes you would like.

- Custom printed orders requiring a proof will be printed and shipped within 3 business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after approval of proof.

Shipment Times

- Orders sent by Priority Mail within the Continental US will normally be received 3-4 business days from date shipped.

- Orders sent by Express Mail within the Continental US will be received 1-2 days from date shipped.
